Amended Reports
Once a report has been submitted to the court, the guardian may file an amended report if they realize they submitted the original report with an error or omission. A guardian may also submit an amended report upon request of the court if a problem was noted during the acceptance or review process.
The guardian may file an amended report in GTS. However, if they paper-file the amended report, it must be entered into GTS by court staff. If your county case management system is integrated with GTS, be sure to enter the amended report in GTS. Reports entered into GTS will appear in your integrated case management system.
Other than a slight difference in the way the report is accessed, there is no difference in the way an amended version of a report is entered compared to the original report. Therefore, for information regarding one of the reports, see the specific help page for that report.
Accessing the Report
To enter a paper-filed amended report, use the GTS Case screen. To access the report screen, perform the following:

Under Find a Case on your Dashboard, enter the case number and press ENTER. Optionally, if the case number is not readily available, click the Advanced Search link to locate the case. The GTS Case screen opens. |

Click the Reports tab. |

The grid displays all reports that have been submitted or are eligible for submission. Locate the record that needs to have an amended report submitted. Click the Amend Report icon |
